as for that sort of rust repair with a proper respray expect around 7-8k for a job
my car is out for a respray atm with way way WAY less rust than that, all panels taken off and all rust replaced with new metal.. all up the job is worth around 5-6k.. but im getting it for 2k(gf's dad just happens to be an awesome beater/sprayer)
