Mon, 23 August 2004 07:15 Well if i go ahead (i think i will), ill be doing as much of the work myself as possible. Finding a good shell i dont think is an option. In the time ive been looking here (~18months), ive never seen a good RA28 shell for sale. So... how does this sound for a plan: 1 - Remove windows, trims 2 - Back to metal (best way to do this with home or hire gear?) 3 - Cut out major rust 4 - Weld in new metal (i can do this) 5 - Grind back surface rust 6 - POR15 known trouble spots and new metal/weld (or even full car?) 7 - Ship off to be painted 8 - Fishoil sills, etc [Updated on: Mon, 23 August 2004 07:23] [Report message to a moderator]
