when the oil thins out after gettin warm they seep through the worn rings when the car is parked and next time u start it pufffffffff

Wouldn't gravity cause it to drain straight back into the sump when the car is parked? The oil would have to go up around the rings to enter the combustion chamber unless it is coming from the head and this seems impossible if it was static.
This happening while the engine is runnng is a completely different story, of course.
