True but they DO love to write stuff in english, typically with poor spelling or grammer, which we find hilarious. They think it's cool though, i actually rather like some of the engrish slogans japanese car shops come up with hehe.

Some Chinese words written in Japanese grammar...

They are kanji, they are chinese characters borrowed by the japanese back in the day cos they had none of their own. The japanese katakana and hiragana character sets are derived from kanji and all three sets are used together (like in the fujiwara tofu shop sticker)
