It was either dunked, or the engine cover left open over winter. Like Joshtix said, Gen3's are rare, but before I'd purchase, I'd want to pull a rocker cover and undo some of the elec connections and give it a thourough check. Can they start it for you ? Err on the side of caution, It'd be expensive if it turns out shit and they stuff you around on warranty [Report message to a moderator]
