Mine is black, and has a simular problem, the air is cold unless you really REALLY push the climiate control slider HARD to the right and hold it there. You get hot air, but as soon as you let go, it's cold air again. I live in tasmania and it's really cold here. Gotta get another one ASAP. [Report message to a moderator]
