You are right on all three counts, more power, more torque, shim under buckets valve train arrangement and a slightly stronger crank.
Its the engine of choice for anyone upgrading their ST162 or Camry SV/SXV 10/20 series engines.
Shame it has not got the ECU but they are not impossible to source.
Its a fair price, for a good engine. People get your dollars out and go haggle with the man !
