The hoist is a Formula KD300
It is a Cable type Hoist, 3 Tonne lifting capacity with a 1850mm lift height. The engine is rated at 2.2kw. (You can always swap the motor to a 240v non 3 phase one)
The cable cover is just under 60mm high so you need 60mm ground clearance as a minumum. The rubber positioning pads are 110mm high at there lowest setting.
The hoist has been here for ten years and was pretty new when we moved in. So somewhere around that age. Oh and its Blue
