I did get genuine seals for the engine eventually. My recommendation is replace them by all means, but dont get genuine. Take the old seals and get them matched. I got the same seal for my cams that Toyota wanted like $20 each for, for $2.60.
The 1G timing belt is like $75. I definetly agree though, do it all while it's out.
