And - don't just use metal plate as washers for the bolts/nuts that mount the fan, you will conduct uber heat into the plastic mounting clips and retaining nuts. Get and use some fibre washers and put those between the rad fins and the bolt. No point in getting towards the end of a good conversion and then cutting corners with the small things! Cheers, Mitch.
