what kind of redline are you looking at, being realistic? with a conservative 6000rpm redline, my Dellorto book* recommends starting with around 35mm chokes. Other recommended starting points are 180 main air correctors, 35mm chokes * 4 = 140 main jets, or if you go bigger than 35mm, multiply by 4.2 instead, eg. 36mm * 4.2 = 151.2, round it up to 155. Idle jets should be 60s. These are all of course only starting points, and are the book's recommendations, not mine...
