Mon, 30 August 2004 10:18 ok ! what pound springs did you put in? does it hit the bump stops from time to time? are the springs cut or proper springs. these are questions you will be asked. as shock loading can undo nuts. check your shocks and make sure the shaft nut(the top of the actual shock that holds the oil in.) they come undone in hard sprung lowered cars. if there not loose etc then he has pretty much stuffed up and left the bolts loose. the trouble you have is you put lowered springs in,which is fine but the powers to be will say its because of the lowered springs that it loosened the nuts!go figure but its the way it works,same as pot holes stuffing an after market rim with lowered suspenssion. mick [Report message to a moderator]
