if you get really stuck. the best way and better than an factory one is to make one out of copper. not that much work, just get a good grade of copper sheet in 1mm and trace around with the old gasket or use the exhaust manifold. then before you cut it out place the sheet on a soft bit of wood{pine, oregon etc) the same size. then get a big crap srew driver and round the end of so it cant cut threw the copper and gently make a ridge about half way between the inside marking for the exhaust port and the out side of the marked gasket. the ridge just needs to be above the main sheet not huge. then cut the out gasket with a band saw, jigsaw or tin snips. then do the inner holes by drilling a large hole inside the market exhaust ports and the cut it out with a jig saw or drill with a smaller drill all the way around inside the port mark and file it straight and neat. then line it up on the exh manifold and mark the bolt holes and then center punch them and drill them. dont make the holes to much bigger than the bolts so you can keep the gasket centred and once you have done them all put all the bolts into the exh manifold and put the gasket over them and check you dont block the ports.
