Wed, 02 October 2002 05:20 The object you describe with '3 pipes' sounds kinda like the mechanical fuel pump from a 4A-C AE82 corolla. Do you have a picture of the device, or a clear idea on what it's actualy supposed to do? I've heard of many devices that are supposed to cut fuel consumption, but none have ever come close to haveing the engine properl tuned for economy, and sensible driving.
