Jeff,

Forget what I said before about rear 162 and 165 brakes being the same. I can't confirm that now.
But the good news is that Toyota list the same part number for the brake caliper reseal kits for both the 165 and the 185, so if you rock into PBP with a front and rear caliper and start with the 185 kits, you should be fine.

Sounds like you have the makings of a great rally car. If there is no CT26 on the turbo it won't be stock. I've got some other questions for you, but they are off topic so I will send you a PM.
