drift86levin Forums Junkie Location: brisvegas Registered: August 2004	Re: Is it worth getting a 4A GE engine for my sprinter Wed, 01 September 2004 03:58 more to do with your original Question..the motor the aussie sprinters get is a 4A-C single cam (we never get the good motors ), 8 valve, non cross flow head, caburettor equiped engine, rated at about 56kw (if that) not all that crash hot right..the 4AGE is one of, if not the best engine toyota has built/designed (ask anyone on this forum, they will tell you the same ) all of them sport Fuel injection (hence E in the name 4a-gE) and G means they have a Twin-cam head with the valves at 45 deg or greater (designed for the sporty range of toyotas motors) i could go on forever about them, but there are many great pages on them, like this one.. http://www.billzilla.org/4agstock.htm [Report message to a moderator]
