I had a look at the seal, it appears to be a "non-perishable" item. Non of the parts stores I spoke to had the rear seal listed, and I couldn't get the bugger out. Its mostly metal so I suppose that makes sense.
I just ended up silastic'ing and greasing it up. Seems to have worked.
