Thu, 02 September 2004 08:38 why does everyone always go to the big stores for parts? they are always the most expensive! try your local auto store, where in syd are you? theres universal spares in belmore, its rare that anyone is cheaper than them. also if your local is asian (no offence to anyone just my experiences) then they are usually pretty cheap, my local is asian (ex mechanic) and i never find anyone cheaper than him and he always offers good advise from his experiences to rebuild the slave is easy, all you do is take it off and where the oil feed is just get a blow gun and blow air in to pop the thing in there out. change the rubber seal, use a rag to clean the inside of the cylinder and then push the thing back in all the way. put the rod back in and the rubber cover and bobs your uncle [Report message to a moderator]
