Thu, 02 September 2004 12:13 yeah Andy, sorry to say but your waterpump is stuffed. same exact same thing happened to my brothers ra40 celica and i put a new one on and it was all good. that car is a much easier job than yours thou. when the seal goes on the pump, the water runs out that drain hole. i was told to just buy a new pump.i don't think u can change the seal, or its not worth doing.something like that. if your waterpump on the other engine is still good, then i'd use that. if you decide to change it yourself, i could give you a hand.
