2tg manifold - whats all the holes?

Hey,
Ive been meaning to do this for a while and im sure it will be helpfull to someone else as well, i was wondering if someone could give me a hand with working out what these things are, got most of em just wanna confirm and stuff
1. outlet off the head, i guess a water feed for the cold start thing on the throttle body?
2. Cold start air letter inner thingo valve
3. fuel pressure regulator return line?
4. FPR vacume reference..
5. Obviously for the vacume, but what is the valve thing its hooked up to before it goes into the manifold?
6. CSI - no brainer
7. ??
8. Crank case vent to the rocker cover
9. cold start warm water thing, 2 holes that look like can be used for pressure sensing? this panel can be removed, has anyone done this? possibly to blank it off..
10. ??
Oh, and what is a fuel pressure dampener, and will i need one with this manifold? thoughts?
Feel free to tell me im wrong, correct me or enlighten me
