Direct Clutch in Albion
Jim Berry/Race Clutch in Buranda
Nick's Clutches in Archerfield

Look up their phone numbers/addreses in the phone book - they all make custom clutches. Take them your clutch assembly (flywheel/driven plate/pressure plate/thrust bearing), tell them what weight your car is, how much power it has, and what you want to use it for. They will custom build you a clutch that will do all of those things without going overboard.

I have dealt with all of these companies over the years. In my experience:

* Direct Clutch are small on chit-chat but have good pricing, excellent products and excellent service
* Jim Berry/Race Clutch can talk your ear off, have excellent products but intermittent service and high pricing.
* Nick's clutches are cheap and friendly but both service and products are of intermittent quality

As for a button plate - some people have trouble driving on them and can find them annoying, they cause you to break stuff when driving enthusiastically, and they're just plain unnecessary with your desired power output. I guarantee that each of these shops will have a quiet chuckle to themselves if you ask for one.

I suggest you go in and ask for "A flywheel surface, new thrust bearing, uprated clamp and a full face driven plate to suit 150rwhp in a car that weighs xxxx. The car will be used primarily for street driving and occasional circuit work."

Expect somewhere between $250 and $500 for a quality job - but it's hard to pigeonhole. You can pay as little as $100 for a stock clutch, up to $1000 for a custom single plate, and upwards of $4000 for some multi-plate clutches.
