Hey,
I'm a 17 year old Corolla enthusiast and I am about to buy an unfinished project car (1977 KE-35 Corolla) without an engine. What possible engine swaps could I give it and which would be the most effective. I've thought about just dropping in the standard 3K or 4K but then read a couple of places that it was possible to drop a 4A-G in. Is there anything I need to know about FWD or RWD compliance. Also does the year of the engine effect the compliance (could I buy any 4A-G/4A-GE engine and it would work) Any Help would be much appreciated.
