i dont think there is such thing as secondarys on a 2T carb nick, i could be wrong but, i thought it was a problem on mine when i had my 2T in and it not opening, but i think its just the automatic choke mate, if you have this open while you drive your car its gonna want to stall. Unlike the 2TGs they have a manual choke which you have to set up yourself via cable, so on cold days it helps it start if it doesnt already. I could have a look at it for you, next time your over this way.
