Mon, 06 September 2004 06:10 dude, if i were you, i'd just get a few photos of the car, every angle and specific shots of where it is bent and smashed, bring it to multiple smash repairers and eask each one for a quote and book it in to the right one that can do it. Then when you have sorted all parts, get a cover note from insurance company so you are covered for a certain period of time and drive the car out one early morning to the smash repairers carefully either with a mate closely following behind or just carefully by yourself going back streets. No smash repairer will have the time to go anywhere, so you gotta take the matter into your own hands. a towie?? costed me $240 for a tow from Castle Hill to my place when it was recovered.
