Carb cleaner will make the engine run bad for a few seconds (carb cleaner is not the same as fuel), but after 15 seconds it should be cleared and the engine will run normal again.
If you have problems with the carb, you had best take the whole thing off, pull it apart, read about carbs in books, and reassemble after you know how every part works.
PS. My 2T-G uses a manual choke cable, to operate the "cold start" function, not realy a choke.
The 2T and 3T uses a auto choke (hot air operated in 2T, electric in 3T), but many have been converted to manual choke.
