Testing steps... 1/. Take lead from coil to dizzie out and lay on rocker cover. Crank engine over, is there a big fat spark YES/NO.

IF NO, measure primary coil voltage, if 12 volts is there on + side, check points are open/closing in Dizzy and check points gap. Electronic ignitor and No points check coil is not open circuit.
Put timing light on coil and see if it pulses.
Again lay ht lead on rocker cover, you really should have a big fat spark.

If sparking, check fuel to all carbies and make sure filters in solex are not clogged. Check fuel filter clogged Yes/No?
Do you have fuelflow? Yes NO?

Check fuel pressure and pump by taking lead off fuel filter and holding finger over pipe, some should spray out.

Check fuel filter in the fuel line down near chassis rail in a clip bracket. may never have been cleaned out.

Spark plugs being moist and oiled shows that you just dont have combustion dont worry about it until you get engine going.

Spray some fuel into each carby or aero start while you get someone to crank the engine over, does it cough and try to start? Yes No?

or is it efi version in which case check fuel pressure and injectors clicking..

Q? What happened when it first stopped? Was there some event like running out of water/fuel/oil?

With plugs out also place hand over each hole to see if you have compression?

Step 10/ and 1/. . take dizzy cap off and make sure rotor is going around otherwise you may have stripped the drive gear to the dizzy.

Email me when you have tried all these things.

Make sure leads go back in same timing order.

Is battery fully charged?
Are all ignition fuses in tact?

Take lead off coil from tachometer sometimes a tacho short can ground the coil to dizzie line.
