Yes that is a common problem with the manual bleed valves!
For a decent "Electronic Boost Controller" that will eliminate this problem your looking at least $800!
There was an article in Hot4's about Boost Controllers that I think JapMotorsport sport tested! Cant remember what issue though! If i looked i could probably find it.
