relating to pic 1 & 2. BenTT had already run a water line from a water pipe at the back to a water pipe at the front. He said the normal system goes through the inlet plenum to keep it warm in Japan's cold weather. I have blown air into the front water pipe on the plenum and it seems that only air comes out the rear one so I assuming that I don't even need to block these up?
pic 3: where does this water pipe normally go to? the dude who used to own my car did it dodgy and I would like to fix it.
pic 4: I was thinking that it would go to here?
pic 5: explains where exactly pic 4 is from.
pic 6: has a small air pipe off the inlet manifold. Don't know where it is supposed to connect to? If anything at all?
pic 7: explains where pic 6 is from.
pic 8: one plug that is left over on the turbo side of the engine near the water pump. Anyone know what it is supposed to connect to? I am not entirely sure that it used to plugged in before though 
pic 9: nothing really just for my own gawking purposes

BTW can someone please remind me to take pics of all this stuff before I take it off next time
