yeh..i have mine bypassed (2 psi more boost ).. and i can't remember where it went when it was factory..but that sounds right..the pod filter that was on my stock throttle body..had a 10 mm spacer..only cos it's in RWD config and i needed to spin her around 180deg..i simply had a nice 2.5" pipe with a bent that flanges out to a 3" with my K&N on the end..
