Thanks wilbo.. it could be both problems... both a leaking cold start injector and or a leaking fuel injector.. those are making for sense to myself now Very Happy

Ive noticed after the rebuild it has been pinging really bad.. ive already taken alot of timing out of the engine.. and today after a long trip, doing 3,200rpm in 3rd gear as overdrive doesnt want to engage Sad put your foot down half way eeeeeeeeeeek pinging really bad.. like it used to do when it had standard timing in it.. i think standard is 12 degree's now its 8.. and still pinging its head off.. i think i should do a compression test to see what the compression is like..

What should it read ? 160psi ? or less? the motor is fairly new..
