Well I went down to the local 4x4 wreckers (http://www.hall4x4salvage.com.au/), good blokes, had a bit of a chat to them about the whole setup and they were very helpful. Got a price of $250, is that good? Never had to buy them before.
Also had a look through the DBA tech specs on the discs used on the Hilux/Corona/Peugeot's, and I don't see any reason that you would need to file down anything on the caliper.. The inside part, where the rotor goes past, measured about 24mm, with the Peugeot rotor only coming in at a original thickness of 20mm. If you were to get a set of seconds, one would assume they would be a bit down on that. The offsets looked fine as well, only 1mm diff between Corona/Peugeot rotors.
Spose I won't really know until I get all the bits together.
BTW. Anyone got rough prices on what I should expect to pay for all the parts? Thinking I might try and source some 2nd hand rotors first, new if I have to...
