You need to get a 18R-G engine manual. (I have one, but not for sale). This will tell your everything about assembly. Just follow thats. Its almost the same precedure for all engines.
When I got my crank ballanced, I gave them just the crank, the flywheel, flywheel bolts, and clutch. Maybe you can give them the front pully also.
If it is all standard, you won't realy need a ballance. I had to get my flywheel ballanced because I had lightened it, so got the crank done also.
Nothing will need retensioning. You can te-tension the head gasket if you like, but not realy needed these days.
