I don't think that there is necessarily a relationship between cylinder head casting part numbers (11111-88###) and the corresponding final three digits in all ancilliary parts for that head casting (ie. your #####-##263 manifold, possibly 17111-##263?).
In some cases one ancilliary part (with one part number) could be fitted to many series of 2T-G motor. In this case, how would you continue to maintain the correlation between ancilliary part numbers and each head casting number?
In answer to your intended question, however, I believe that part number 11111-88263 is the last production head casting for 2T-GEU motor designed for unusual/unique offset combustion chambers and featuring no part number printed in the casting as per earlier models.
