Maybe, maybe not. Not all things were updated together. Maybe they made a new manifold 88263, and kept the old head 88262. Lots of things like that happened. eg, the 88260 head engine still used a 88221 timing cover, or something like that. Not all parts updated.
Why are you interested in injectors? They would be similar if not the same. I doubt they would vary in flow rate significantly. Is your engine maxing out? In that case you need something bigger, like 3T-GTE injectors.
