yes, you also need spigot bearing.
the rear engine mount is different between the two, but you could always swap a KE30/55 extension housing onto the KE70 box, and change the shift rods at the same time.
count the number of splines and measure diameter with a ruler.
you may also need the flex plate, they are sometimes different thicknesses between auto and manual. and also drivers side engien to gearbox thingy, with hole for clutch cable.
