thats true
but since i already had a few dings and paint chips
they wanted me to contribute to the cost of repairs(and were probably within their right) OR only get the "new" damage repaired
which would of ended up looking like shit
so i decided not to go through with that part of the claim(too broke from moving interstate)
besides, the damage is not very visable

another thing, if i hadnt seen the car in person, i'd ask for a copy to be sent BEFORE the car is shipped, not with it
i woudlnt trust them not to add to it if it was damaged in transport
