Yes you won't have as much heat to dissipate, but you also need to consider the pressure drop from the internal resistance of the intercooler. It's well known that MA70 intercoolers lose 3-4psi on a boosted 7M, and I imagine the JZA70 coolers aren't much better. There's not much point having an upgraded turbo if the air is still being squeezed through that restrictive piece of crap!
