you wouldnt need to change the head, just the inlet manifold etc. ....i drove my mr2 around as a na ze motor for nearly a month, before i got the turbo on it, i changed all the inlet manifold and stuff over, so i didnt have to worry bout doing it when i got the turbo...it was prity gutless, but it got going around 5000rpm. i could still drive around town and on the highway, it was just like driving a celica..
