Thu, 16 September 2004 17:56 im picking the car up tmr... i cant wait.... got a heap of question for u guys again... yeh maybe the TRD kit is over the top.... ive seen a nice toms front bar and side skirts though... ive got the gen2 motor... how are u guys for insurance?? i also noticed that mr2 parts are hard to come by, as in after market parts.. where do u guys go for mods/parts?? also is there any workshops that specialise in mr2s in sydney? for tunning and service?? also whats the wheel offset and stud pattern on the mr2? and what do u guys think of the standard strut braces? is it better to stiffen up the car like my 180? i can understand the bit about taking ur foot off mid-corner, i usually go through half-throttle as when i hit boost in the 180 it slides out pretty well, and its relatively easy to correct, but is it the same in the mr2? i heard its REALLY hard to correct when the back does slide out, someone said its better to pray than to try and correct it... is it possible to keep ur foot down and try to torque steer it like a ff type R?
