Yeh but when this happened I was driving normally and not being a tool. Anyways was turning left at an intersection. Oncoming traffic was blocked by people turning right, the guy in front stops for no raeson as there is no one coming, I stop he starts to move off so do I and then he stops again for no reason I hit the brakes but it is too late and I hit his towbar.
There was no need for him to stop, the traffic was blocked and he had gone so I did, although I am at fault the accident more or less was caused by his stupidity.
