no koni dont make a "short stroke" shock for the ae86 but thinking out side the square means that you could fit ae92, st185, or mr2 shocks to the ae86 strut, then cut the strut down when making a coilover to short stroke it.
any one of these shocks will be excellent for street/track use in an ae86.
im not the best fan in the world of tokico shocks for drift, I prefer TRD blues or better yet, other brands of coilovers that arnt even met to go in ae86's  (ie the massive range of s13 SUSP available)
