I agree, it's a waste of time and money. Stick with the R154 unless you're having problems with it. There are apparently ways to improve the shift quality if this is bothering you.

you need the 7m-ge bellhousing off ma70 sorry
to improve shift quality use a castol oil.. i cant remember which one.. but when i change my oil thats what ill be using
also when u get used to how it shifts it becomes easier to make it smoother urself
