(a) Learn about full stops and paragraphs. People will actually be able to gasp read your entire post if you do this. (b) 4K motors are cheap. Buy another one. It'll probably be cheaper than fixing the mess you're in now. (c) Measure the 3K head warpedness yourself; all you need is a good straight edge and some feeler gauges. Flip the head upside down. All of these measurements should be made on the bottom face of it: * along the head on both sides * across the head at both ends * diagonally across it both ways. The clearance should be no more than 0.02 - 0.05mm or so in any direction. Then do the same on the side of the head, where the manifolds bolt up, but with a clearance limit of no more than 0.1mm.
