1UZ and RA28 possibile?

hey
i've long being considering a RA28 celica as a project car, obviously the 96hp 20R isnt gonna cut the performance mark i'm after. so what would be the easiest N/A bang for buck engine to fit?
18R-G seems to get up to around 130hp with bit of work
4AGE looks alrite for about 140-150hp with bit of work
7M-GE will give 180hp without mods (about what i'm after)
1UZ sits on a nice 240-260hp without mods (would be damn nice!)
which of these contenders would be the easiest to put in (18R-G is a bolt in i hear) and what major issues would stand in the way of each one? are the mounts close? easy to modify if need be? trasmission compatibility?
i'd perfer to get the 7M or 1UZ however the 1AGE will do i suppose
