He said the worst time he can remember is sitting in the passenger seat of a car, with the window open, while a mate sitting in the back was shooting out the rear window. The muzzel of the shotgun was within 30cm of Dad's ear. He said that it is only recently that people have started to take care of their hearing. They never wore earplugs. My 22 year old mate is the same... Going deaf already due to excessive shotgun use without earplugs. Back on topic... I avoid loud music for the very reason that i hate the ringing in my ears that usually follows. Don't get me wrong, I have installed a sub in my car and turn it up a bit. But there is a limit to where the music stops being music and starts to become noise. [Report message to a moderator]
