82MKII Regular Location: Perth Registered: July 2003	Re: 1jz - removing injectors? Thu, 23 September 2004 05:11 Yes - I pulled mine out about 1 month ago & it was a bit of a bitch. I actually left a couple of the 10mm bolts in place (the centre ones) & rotated the backing plate out of the way of the injector. To get them to move I *gently* levered them up by placing a screwdriver under the connector & pushing up. They eventually moved. I actually shortened a few of the 10mm bolts to make them easier to get back in later. I did have to remove the ISCV, but not the inlet manifold. Hope this helps.
