The camber nuts are not fitted to the crossmember.
This is a newer car with struts.
They remove one of the bolts holding the hubs to the strut.
This has an eccentric shafts on it relative to the bolt head.
BTW I've never heard of "camber nuts" just "camber bolts"

The $295 price would include fitting & a wheel alignment.
If you want to save some dosh, just buy the things, fit them yourself & then get them to do a wheel alignment. That way you'll save on the installation labour costs.

ohh... and learn to drive around the potholes.
Most modern cars have different camber on each side. When you're measuring to minutes of degrees, a millimetre in the tolerance can add up.
