Thank's Steve and Gleno, I will try that out and check out Grant's page as well.
I found plenty of things that stuffed me up completely, but 99% was as a result of me trying to 'improve' things that did not really need it, so depending on what you are doing exactly, will dictate the problems you may have. If you have anything in particular to ask, fire away and I will try and help.
