Man its only 5 days and 2 people crashed into me.. and should i say its both their faults... more worse they both have no insurance.. and another worse thing is this arab guy is hesitant to pay for the damage hes caused.. -Arab Scenario I was driving at the normal speeds @60kms on my way home from work.. all of a sudden a Ford Falcon EB drove out from a side street on my right, never seemed to have noticed the "Give Way" sign.. On my reaction, i clutched in, braked and handbraked. there was only like 5 metres apart towards his car from what i recall.. since my car had no ABS or other computed gadgetry it skidded towards his car and smacked onto him.. taking out my right headlight, cracked my right parker, scrubbed my bumber bar and grill is slightly damaged. the panel damages are on the front left guard where my right parker light which sits a bit off and the bonnet which suffered bends on the right hand side.. he admitted it was his fault at time of the accident.. since this guy had no insurance, he thinks hes mister panel beater and wants to fix my car instead.. its been almost a week now and he had made no progress in tracking down parts on for this car, which ive been calling him almost every day. i even made contact with trueno.sedan from south australia which he have some of the parts for sale needed to replace the parts.. i told this arab guy that i have a few parts found for sale from south australia to simply buy it and get it.. but the problem is this guy is the biggest liar, hypocrite and biggest cheapskate.. and now no longer willing to make up for his damages.. he says shit like: -ok ok pay for damage ok? 3 days later... -im no damage that!!! -i fix this (parker) and this(headlight) and this(grill) and paint this (scrubbed bumper) 3 days later... -i only fix headlight..OK?!? -trust me im no lie.. im muslim.. im good man..muslim no lie.. 3 days later -im no longer fix that!! you want court?!? im see you in court!! guys these are no made ups, as i hear this shit from him for the last 7 days.. i understand that this guy is a total stubburn bastard.. but the thing is that he has no idea what grief and shit he has given me to what he did to my car..So what should i do? -Court? how much will it cost me for the proceedings? Any pros in law here? -Go over there and trash his car and get it torched, taking out his sons with samurai swords and machetes? -Or just Keep driving my beaten up 86, wait until another idiot driver crashes onto me and get myself mentally snapped and becoming a suicidal maniac behind the wheel taking ou other cars in a public street demo derby...which im thinking of doing it.. the other is... -Aussie dood scenario Entirely his fault, reversed into me from his parking space, bent my front left q.panel (left door no longer opens), bumper bar no longer sits in the supports.. then again no insurance.. gotta ring him soon.. if he does the same what that arab guy did.. then the 2 just open pandoras box, ill be a dood with a base ball bat reshaping cars in any car parks nearby.. *guys dont get me wrong, but im really pissed off right now and now felt like taking out lives. specially arabs.. so please if any of you can give any suggestions of help and what actions to take and so on, i would be grateful for all your aids. as it would become a useful reference on later future.. for other fellow drivers outhere that would fall in this shitty hole im in.. - yes.. im sooooo fkin pissed!!
