yes please search the forums it has been discussed about 137 times.
if u can do the work urself u can probably get away with it cheap ie round 2k including engine. of course this depend on how much u get the engine for but i would budget 500-1000 for shit you will need/break druring teh conversion.
suspension will be ok but new stuff is always better ie if u want the car lowered get soem quality lowered springs and some short stroked shocks to suit those springs, lowerwed springs with standard shocks will kill the shocks quite quikly.
and the 20v vs GZE debate basically ends with this =
20v for track work and reving to 8500rpm, and what a sweet sound it makes
GZE for ball tearing commodore killing traffic light hero drags. plus easier to get more power out of later ie front mount itercooler, biger super charger pulley, or drop the whole supercharger and turbo the bastard.
either way if u can get a halfcut that would be the best way to go that way u get all bits you'll need, u might even score some beter brakes. thats also a consideration teh stock brakes will be crap. U should upgrade these at the same time. brakes can be had cheaply round 200-250 for some decent ae92 sx series 2 front discs and calipers.
good luck with the conversion
